Cancellation requests received before the next scheduled collection date will usually prevent future payments.

Payments already processed before cancellation cannot normally be refunded except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Donation Refund Policy

We may, at our discretion, provide refunds where:

  • A donation was made in error;

  • A payment was duplicated;

  • A payment was unauthorised;

  • A technical processing error occurred.

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the donation date.

6. Gift Aid

Where eligible, UK taxpayers may choose to make a Gift Aid declaration.

By submitting a Gift Aid declaration, you confirm that:

  • You have paid sufficient UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations during the relevant tax year;

You will notify us if your circumstances change.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by our third-party payment providers.

We do not store complete card details on our systems.

Your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment processor.
